These are from a photowalk yesterday in a part of town I don’t know very well called Petroupoli (Rock City).
We made the mistake of not eating before we left, thinking we would get something there. By the time we got up so high by bus we were very, very hungry so we’ve “bookmarked” this one to go back to at a later date.
We found this chimney at the top that I will definitely going back for. This quick snap will do for now as a reminder.
We got a pie to eat and headed down in the direction of home, taking detours to look at interesting things on the way. We got lost and took the wrong roads back but the journey is part of the adventure.
We ended up on the wrong bus back, had to go almost to the centre of town before getting home! I only took 36 pictures but that doesn’t matter. We discovered a new area, had interesting conversations, walked a few miles and felt invigorated. We will be going back soon.
