Unfortunately I had my Lumix set to jpeg only on my trip to town. I forgot to check before I left the house. I always shoot in RAW and had it set for both. One of the buttons must be set to change that but I haven’t figured them all out yet!
Never mind. It was a fun impromptu jaunt through town with a very christmassy feel.
I like the way the Lumix handles colour in JPEG neutral though.
It’s taking a while to get used to a compact after the chunky Nikon 700 but it’s handy having something I can carry in my bag.
I’m still figuring out all the controls and what I want from this powerful little camera but so far, I’m loving it.
